The Opportunity ...

JBT Food & Dairy Systems B.V.'s ICS division seeks an Installation & Commissioning Engineer to join the team immediately. Reporting to the Service Manager in Belgium, you'll support new projects, retrofits, service, and spare parts for In Container Sterilizers. Our ICS team includes around 30 employees, with colleagues in multiple global offices.

On a Given Day, You May

Act as a key field link for commissioning In Container Sterilization Systems (ICS).
Coordinate commissioning with the Project Manager, Engineer, and specialists.
Train customers on equipment use, maintenance, and operation.
Implement new mechanical and electrical solutions with Project and Engineering teams.
Serve as the on-site communication interface between customers and JBT Marel colleagues.

Requirements For The Role

Engineering background in education and experience of 5 years would be desirable.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, control, and precision engineering.
Experience or knowledge of process installations; familiarity with Allen Bradley, Siemens S7, and TIA Portal is a plus.
Machinery industry experience is advantageous; food industry experience preferred. Training provided for relevant assembly work experience.
Supervisory skills for coordinating contractors and engineers are useful.
Strong English proficiency required; Dutch, French, or Spanish is a bonus.

Travel & Location

Travel will be approximately 50-70% of the time. This is a remote role.
