What we Need
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager based in Argentina to help scale and operationalize our marketing engine across content, campaigns, digital channels, ABM initiatives, CRM workflows, reporting, and AI-enabled marketing operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, commercially aware, technically curious, and excited about working inside a fast-moving B2B technology consultancy operating across enterprise AI, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize day-to-day marketing operations across campaigns, content, and digital initiatives
- Coordinate LinkedIn, Google Ads, ABM, email marketing, AI search optimizations, webinar, and content distribution workflows
- Support CRM and marketing automation processes (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, campaign tracking, and attribution models
- Coordinate with designers, SMEs, leadership, and external partners to keep campaigns moving
- Help operationalize AI-assisted marketing workflows and content systems
- Assist with website updates, SEO coordination, and content publishing workflows
- Support campaign QA, UTM governance, lead routing, and lifecycle management
- Organize and manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication
- Identify operational bottlenecks and continuously improve internal marketing processes
What We’re Looking For
- Impecable written and spoken English
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, campaign management, or related B2B marketing roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Familiarity with paid media, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, webinars, email marketing, and analytics
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Interest in AI, enterprise technology, digital transformation, or B2B consulting is highly valued
Bonus Points
- Experience supporting ABM programs
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, WordPress, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience working with US-based B2B technology companies
- Basic understanding of SEO, AI search visibility, or content operations
- Experience working alongside sales or business development teams
