Global Business and Projects Analyst Consulting – We are a small Nigerian-based company that provides IT consulting services for small companies in the US and the UK. You will be part of a start-up tech company that will grow rapidly over the next 3-5 years through its association with Global Tech companies. In 3 months, our 4 existing programmers have learnt 10 times as much as an average programmer in Africa learns in 3 years.

JOB TITLE: Computer Engineer, Computer programmer, Software Engineer with 3 years of verifiable practical experience. ( Please do not apply if you do not have any of the Bachelor's degrees above )

EDUCATION

• Degree holder in Computer or Software Engineering
• 1st class and 2.1 degree holders only from a reputable University in Nigeria.

JOB LOCATION

• This is a remote-based position for the first 12 to 18 months, and you will be ready to start within 1 week after the interview, we will cover your relocation expenses to Lagos State if you are good.

RENUMERATION and SALARY

• Salary starts from N150,000 to N200,000 Naira per month, and it could increase to N250,000 within 18 months for the right candidate
• Our staff earns bonuses in excess of N500,000 in one year, which is in addition to their salary based on projects done.
• We expect our programmers to be earning N350,000 to N500,000 per month at the end of the 4th year with us. Also, at the end of the 4th year, you may have the opportunity to travel to California to work with our UK or US associates if you are selected as one of the best computer engineers with us. We conduct regular reviews of work, and the value of the training we offer our programmers each year is over N500,000 through our foreign associates. We also pay for professional examination and certification for the right candidate.

JOB AND SKILLS DESCRIPTIONS :

Programming

• PHP, Java, JavaScript, Python, or React
• Rest API Integration
• Any Search Engine Optimization (SEO) skill
• Skills in Web Application Development
• Skills in Mobile Application development

Microsoft Certifications

• Azure 104 and 305 certifications are desirable
• Other Microsoft certifications would be helpful

Web HOSTING

• Experience in hosting websites and different applications
• Knowledge of Amazon, Google, IBM, and Microsoft Cloud
• Certifications from the above Global companies in cloud is desirable

Database skills

• SQL, or My SQL database skills
• Database API knowledge
• Data management skills
• Cloud database skills

STEP 2

If you are shortlisted, we would send you more information about the remuneration and various incentives home and abroad offer in working with us. You will go through a 3 stage interview. First stage will be an initial call from our admin and HR to explain if you understand the content of the advert.

2nd stage interview will be a group interview

3rd stage will be a one to one interview with the Global CEO based in the USA

STEP 3

If you are successful at the final stage you will be offered and you will go through intensive training in the first 2 weeks of your probation so you know what is expected from you.

All education certificates will be verified upon employment.
