What You'll Do

As a Jane Senior Product Manager, you will bring Point of Sale and Cannabis Compliance products to market. You will possess a strong product mindset; a combination of customer centricity, and technical knowledge. You will be someone who is passionate about the customer's journey. You will report to the Director of Product Management, In-Store. We support remote work.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and implement the product roadmap.
• Plan and coordinate releases across relevant functions (marketing, partner success, engineering, etc.)
• Implement processes to ideate, prioritize, build, release, and track products across our retail vertical.
• Create lines of communication with internal teams to capture, prioritize, and report out on retail partner feature requests and bugs.
• Coordinate and conduct retail partner interviews as part of product discovery to identify new areas of opportunity.
• Author product requirement documents and align with Product Design and Engineering on feature phasing, requirements, execution, and rollout plans.
• Measure success of feature releases and iterate through qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cannabis compliance experience.
• Successful track record of bringing new products to market as a product manager.
• Experience in cannabis retail operations, compliance, POS and Cannabis Compliance.
• The ability to operate effectively and independently, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity.

The compensation range for this position is $160,000 - $185,000 annually in addition to benefits and equity. The starting compensation is based on various factors such as skills, experience, training, and business needs. The range of a role and compensation provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop at Jane.
