We are seeking a talented English/Mandarin-speaking Executive Assistant to join our team as a full-time contractor. In this remote role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to busy executives, ensuring they can focus on strategic priorities while you handle the details. You will play a critical role in enabling productivity and streamlining operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist executives with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management and scheduling
- Serve as a liaison between English and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Draft, translate, and edit correspondence and documents in both languages
- Coordinate travel logistics and manage itineraries for executives
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
- Maintain and organize electronic files and records
- Communicate effectively with teams and clients in both English and Mandarin
- Support event planning and coordination when necessary
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as required to assist the team
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar administrative roles
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to confidentiality
- Familiarity with translation tools and project management software is a plus
- Flexible and open to adapting to changing needs and priorities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally supporting executives
- Knowledge of cultural nuances and business practices within Chinese and Western contexts
