We are now entering a new chapter, building a high-velocity direct-to-consumer business that is fast-moving, creative, and data-driven.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and operate our paid acquisition efforts. We are looking to start this role on a part-time contract basis but there is the opportunity to move to full time. This is a critical role for someone who thrives on performance marketing, understands the mechanics of long-tail products, and knows how to use AI tools and experimentation to drive results.

You will report to the Head of DTC and work closely with:
Our lifecycle marketing lead (email and SMS)
Our customer insights team focused on segmentation
Our internal and external partners across design, development, and analytics
Requirements
What You Bring
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a DTC growth or performance marketing role
Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio
Strong understanding of acquisition metrics including CAC, LTV, and ROAS
Proven ability to drive growth using landing page testing and conversion rate optimization
Highly comfortable using AI tools to generate copy, build LPs, and automate workflows
Experience with Magento, Klaviyo, or Tableau is a plus
Background in office supplies, ecommerce, or long-tail catalogs is a major plus
