Director of Lifecycle Marketing – High-Growth DTC Apparel Brand
A high-growth, digitally native apparel brand is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to own and scale retention as a core revenue driver, while building the broader lifecycle strategy.
The business is at an exciting stage, entering a phase where lifecycle, LTV, and customer experience are key levers for growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role -not just campaign execution.
You will:
- Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, loyalty, and subscriptions
- Drive retention, LTV, and lifecycle-attributed revenue
- Build and scale segmentation, personalization, and automation frameworks
- Lead testing and optimization across onboarding, repeat, and winback journeys
- Partner with Paid, Ecommerce, and CX teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Build and develop the lifecycle roadmap and team
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience in DTC / Shopify brands ($30M–$100M+), ideally apparel, fitness, or CPG
- Track record of scaling lifecycle/retention revenue (email/SMS as a meaningful % of total)
- Strong understanding of retention, LTV, cohorts, and segmentation
- Experience running structured testing and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to connect lifecycle with acquisition, CRO, and CX
- Hands-on with platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar
