This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office for NYC residents. If you live outside of the commutable distance, this role will be fully remote.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We're currently seeking a seasoned Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the influencer marketing efforts of the agency, marking our first hire in this practice.

If you thrive on creating impactful influencer campaigns and building strong relationships, this role is your launchpad. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll drive client success through innovative influencer strategies, comprehensive campaign management, and strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your ability to develop and execute high-impact influencer partnerships, along with your strategic foresight and exceptional communication skills, will be key. Your proactiveness and adaptability to trends will help achieve significant client wins, setting a standard for influencer marketing within the agency.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4+ years of experience in the influencer marketing space, preferably in the health and wellness industry
• Lead the overall management of influencer campaigns, from conception to execution, ensuring all goals are met
• Collaborate with teams to identify influencers for current events and campaigns, providing guidance and support throughout the process
• Manage and leverage our social influencer platform, ensuring seamless integration and utilization within the agency
• Own and manage the Sprout tool, optimizing its use for influencer campaign management
• Educate and train team members on best practices and strategies for effective influencer marketing
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
• Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure KPIs and objectives are met
