About the company
Hera Solutions is a fast-growing software company transforming how Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) businesses operate. Founded by a former Apple engineer, Hera was built to replace the patchwork of spreadsheets, folders, and disconnected tools that DSPs rely on—bringing everything into one powerful, intuitive platform.
At its core, Hera helps last-mile delivery companies run smarter, safer, and more profitable operations. From scheduling and performance tracking to compliance, fleet management, and automated coaching, Hera centralizes every aspect of a DSP’s workflow into a single system.
