As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll help shape how we understand and connect with our audience. You’ll dive into campaign performance and customer behavior to uncover insights that refine messaging, improve targeting, and strengthen overall marketing strategy. Your work will play a key role in ensuring everything we put into the world resonates and drives meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting efforts, including data collection, analysis, and insight generation
- Apply consistent measurement frameworks aligned with industry best practices to evaluate campaign performance and impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and client success teams to support business objectives
- Support and mentor analysts by helping prioritize work, guiding execution, and encouraging skill development
- Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, clarity, and readiness for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute across the campaign lifecycle, from informing audience strategy and setup to delivering actionable insights and recommendations post-campaign
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or a related field, with some experience mentoring or leading others
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience with measurement approaches such as A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analysis
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or R and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- General understanding of digital marketing, campaign performance metrics, and customer data
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for a variety of audiences
