You will develop robust, scalable systems in Python and React that manage billions of dollars while navigating complex federal regulations. Working alongside a senior team from Stripe and Google, you’ll ship high-impact software that transforms archaic financial sectors into programmable, AI-ready operations.

What You Will Do

• Design and build robust, extensible infrastructure capable of handling $110B+ in loans and evolving state and agency compliance requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design to create seamless, data-rich experiences for enterprise clients and mortgage customers.
• Scale backend services using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform to maintain 100% accuracy in high-stakes financial transactions.

The ideal candidate

• Has 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building and scaling quality applications in complex, production-grade environments.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in Python or similar backend languages, with a track record of designing scalable distributed systems from scratch.
• Possesses the communication skills and intellectual curiosity required to navigate the intersection of technical architecture and highly regulated financial industries.
