You will lead end-to-end campaign strategies for two major enterprise beauty accounts, bridging the gap between creator storytelling and measurable brand impact. By translating TikTok culture and beauty trends into authentic content frameworks, you'll ensure global brands like H&M and L’Oréal resonate with modern audiences through platform-native, data-driven creative direction.

What You Will Do

• Develop end-to-end platform-native strategies including audience profiling, creator casting logic, content formats, and messaging.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance narratives directly to senior clients, acting as the primary strategic advisor for your portfolio.
• Conduct cultural listening and trend forecasting to translate emerging TikTok and Instagram insights into actionable brand opportunities.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses 3-4 years of experience in strategy or planning at an influencer marketing agency or creator-focused brand.
• Demonstrates deep TikTok fluency with a proven ability to translate brand identities into authentic, scroll-stopping social content.
• Combines creative storytelling with data-driven thinking to define measurement frameworks across CPV, ER, and platform-specific KPIs.
