You will join the AI platform team to build production-grade AI agents for global enterprises. Working at the intersection of LLMs and large-scale travel data, you'll design scalable backend services and agentic workflows. This role offers the freedom to shape the future of business travel using production AI systems.

What You Will Do

• Design and scale AI-driven systems powering virtual agent capabilities, including conversational reasoning, retrieval systems (RAG), and tool-calling frameworks.
• Develop high-performance backend services in Python and Django, integrating complex APIs like Amadeus and Sabre to support real-time decision-making.
• Own the architecture for distributed AI applications while continuously improving model reliability, observability, and evaluation frameworks in a Kubernetes environment.

The ideal candidate

• Has 5+ years of production software engineering experience with a strong background in Python and designing scalable backend applications.
• Possesses proven hands-on experience building or integrating LLM products, specifically using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Is a proactive problem-solver based in Poland who is excited about agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and solving performance bottlenecks in high-scale systems.
