As the second product marketer at Crux, you will drive go-to-market strategy and positioning for a high-growth, profitable capital platform. You'll partner with product and commercial teams to translate complex financial concepts into compelling narratives, develop deep persona expertise, and scale the marketing function as Crux finances the future of energy.

What You Will Do

• Lead comprehensive go-to-market planning and execution for new products, defining launch narratives and success metrics across the entire capital ecosystem.
• Develop differentiated positioning and sales enablement resources, including pitch decks and battlecards, to equip commercial teams for success with diverse customer personas.
• Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product strategies, serving as the bridge between cross-functional product squads and the broader market.

• Possesses 5-7 years of B2B product marketing experience within a high-growth startup environment, specifically supporting multi-product organizations with complex buyer journeys.
• Demonstrates significant professional experience in financial services and the ability to translate technical or financial concepts into clear, impactful messaging.
• Exhibits a first-principles mindset and exceptional written communication skills, with a proven track record of creating high-quality sales enablement materials and positioning strategies.
