What You Will Do

• Scale the Design System: Create and maintain robust Figma components utilizing advanced logic, states, and variants while ensuring technical feasibility with lead developers.
• Drive User Research: Conduct in-depth interviews, surveys, and usability testing to translate complex user pain points into actionable design insights and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads from discovery through to iteration, facilitating workshops to align teams on user-centric product goals.

The ideal candidate

• B2B SaaS Expert: You have significant experience in UX/Product Design within collaborative, agile environments, ideally focusing on complex B2B SaaS or healthcare platforms.
• Technical Design Mastery: You possess expert-level proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and information architecture for web and mobile.
• User-Centric Strategist: You are skilled in diverse research methods and possess the ability to document design decisions clearly, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent implementation.
