Job Description

You will lead the transition from descriptive analytics to adaptive decision systems for a platform supporting over 1 million mortgages. By operationalizing redemption models and building causal measurement frameworks, you'll help major UK lenders reduce friction and optimize financial journeys through data-driven interventions and production-grade machine learning workflows.

What You Will Do

• Deploy and operationalize a redemption prediction model into live product decisioning to drive real-time customer interventions.

• Establish statistical standards for behavioral segmentation, cohort-based forecasting, and longitudinal consumer lifecycle analysis.

The ideal candidate

• Senior-level expertise in Python and SQL with a proven track record of deploying ML models into production product environments.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, causal inference, and statistical modeling within behavioral or product-focused datasets.
• Experience navigating the technical and regulatory complexities of fintech, health-tech, or subscription-based behavioral product environments.
