Join Raya's backend team to build and scale the services powering subscriptions and social features for an exclusive creative community. You will take ownership of core systems using Node.js and TypeScript, specifically managing the subscription lifecycle via Apple StoreKit. What You Will Do

• Architect and lead the development of backend services using Node.js and TypeScript to support member-facing social features.
• Manage the end-to-end subscription lifecycle, including server-side receipt validation and purchase verification through Apple StoreKit and Apple Pay.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers and data scientists to ensure scalable, user-centric solutions that enhance the member experience.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses over 6 years of hands-on experience building and scaling production backend systems in fast-paced startup environments.
• Demonstrates mastery of Node.js and TypeScript with a track record of delivering maintainable and high-performance software architecture.
• Has direct experience with Apple StoreKit or Apple Pay on the server side, particularly regarding payment subscriptions for B2C products.
