Join the Sentia AI team at Talkspace, Inc. to design and scale tee.care, an autonomous behavioral health guide. You will own the reinforcement learning domain, developing adaptive intervention strategies that optimize for real patient wellbeing. Working in a high-stakes, mission-driven context, you’ll bridge advanced AI reasoning with scalable, ethical, and empathetic user interactions.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement multi-agent architectures for tee.care, including cognitive planning modules, memory/retrieval systems, and complex tool-use orchestration.
• Apply advanced reinforcement learning (RL) and control theory to develop adaptive, long-term intervention strategies that maximize positive user health outcomes.
• Orchestrate LLM fine-tuning and deployment pipelines, focusing on empathetic communication, reasoning quality, and real-time production monitoring for behavioral drift.

The ideal candidate

• Has 5+ years of production software experience with at least 3+ years specifically implementing and deploying autonomous systems or complex machine learning models.
• Demonstrates deep expertise in Reinforcement Learning (RL), including reward modeling, PPO/DPO, and building robust simulation environments for agent policy testing.
• Possesses mastery of Python and MLOps, with a proven track record of shipping maintainable, high-availability code within cloud-native (AWS/GCP) and containerized environments.
