What You Will Do

• Engineer delightful developer and end-user experiences for core products like RBAC, FGA, and Audit Logs.
• Design well-structured internal and external APIs that balance high scalability with an intuitive, pluggable developer experience.
• Collaborate directly with leadership to explore and build greenfield ideas that drive the future of the WorkOS platform.

The ideal candidate

• Has 5+ years of software development experience with a track record of building clean, simple architectures for complex problem spaces.
• Proficient in modern full-stack development, specifically using TypeScript, React, and Postgres to build scalable SaaS products.
• Possesses strong product intuition and the ability to translate fragmented customer needs into prioritized, well-designed technical action items.
