As Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the B2B paid acquisition strategy to scale our dental technology platform. You will own the full funnel—from paid social and PPC to emerging AI-driven search—targeting HR leaders to drive high-quality leads. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on building a scalable revenue engine.

What You Will Do

• Develop and scale sophisticated paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, specifically targeting HR Directors and C-suite stakeholders at enterprise companies.
• Own and optimize the PPC strategy across Google Ads and high-intent search platforms, ensuring alignment between keyword strategies and landing page conversion.
• Pioneer acquisition strategies for emerging AI-driven and generative search environments to maintain a competitive edge in the evolving digital landscape.

The ideal candidate

• 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling paid social and search campaigns that drive revenue.
• Essential experience selling into HR, people leaders, or benefits teams, ideally within the health-tech or employee wellbeing sectors.
• Highly analytical professional with a deep understanding of long B2B sales cycles, multi-touch attribution models, and commercial ROI accountability.
