Job Description

As the Performance Marketing Manager for a fast-growing consumer tech startup, you will act as the right hand to the Head of Marketing. You will own revenue-driving channels across paid media, retention, and conversion optimization. This is a hands-on role for a generalist who thrives on shipping fast and driving real growth.

What You Will Do

• Own and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon to drive global revenue.
• Manage retention channels including email and SMS to maximize customer lifecycle value.
• Build, test, and iterate on landing pages and offers to improve conversion rates and ROI.

The ideal candidate

• 6+ years of performance marketing experience with a proven track record of driving revenue.
• Versatile generalist background in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer tech across multiple channels.
• Bias for action with the ability to execute quickly and independently in a high-growth environment.
