As Marketing Lead at Aspire Project, you will own and grow our social media presence from scratch. You will create high-impact short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram to drive waitlist signups and build a community. This is a high-ownership, equity-based role designed for a creator ready to build a meaningful fintech brand.

What You Will Do

• Launch and manage Aspire Project’s TikTok and Instagram accounts, producing engaging short-form video content that resonates with a Gen Z audience.
• Identify and capitalize on social media trends to drive viral growth, waitlist signups, and community engagement for the pre-launch platform.
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy that bridges the gap between financial literacy and lifestyle content for young professionals in the UK.

The ideal candidate

• A creative storyteller who lives on social media and has a proven track record of building or maintaining a following on TikTok or Instagram.
• Expert in short-form video production, including hooks, editing trends, and algorithms, with a genuine interest in personal finance or career coaching.
• An entrepreneurial student or young professional comfortable working in a pre-launch environment for equity and performance-based rewards rather than a base salary.
