As Reacher’s first Marketing Lead, you’ll build the marketing engine from scratch for a fast-growing YC startup. You will own everything from paid acquisition on TikTok and Meta to organic content and product positioning. This is a high-impact, hands-on role perfect for an internet-native marketer ready to scale a proven product.

What You Will Do

• Launch and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google to drive efficient customer acquisition.
