Job Description

Partner directly with the CEO to build the operational backbone of a platform reaching 2M+ engineers. You will design AI-native systems and automated workflows to scale business, people, and financial operations. This is a high-leverage role turning a doubling revenue stream into a machine for the $1.3T global electronics industry.

What You Will Do

  • Design and execute the company’s weekly and quarterly operating rhythms, ensuring commitments translate into consistent execution and team clarity.
  • Build and automate end-to-end systems for recruiting pipelines, financial reporting, and revenue operations using tools like HubSpot and AI agents.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks by building trigger-based workflows that replace manual follow-ups and coordination overhead.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven track record owning operations at a Seed or Series A startup, with the ability to stand up systems for people ops and finance.
  • Systems-thinker who is obsessed with automation and has experience deploying AI-native workflows or intelligent agents to scale human leverage.
  • High-reliability builder who thrives in ambiguous environments and possesses the precision to ensure data and processes are decision-ready.
