As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the full user lifecycle for Injective Foundation's upcoming trading application. You’ll convert brand awareness into product usage by executing high-impact GTM campaigns, scaling creator-led growth, and optimizing user funnels. This role is pivotal in driving the next wave of adoption for Web3 finance.

What You Will Do

• Source, brief, and scale KOL and creator partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and X to generate organic growth and platform liquidity.
• Analyze user funnels and behavior to identify friction points, building automated onboarding flows and in-app campaigns to improve conversion metrics.

The ideal candidate

• Has 4-5+ years of growth marketing experience, specifically within crypto, trading platforms, or high-velocity consumer fintech environments.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of scaling products through measurable UGC and creator-led strategies across multiple social platforms.
• Possesses deep knowledge of Web3 user behavior and the ability to bridge the gap between crypto-native and traditional finance audiences.
