Job Description

As our first employee, you will build the core infrastructure powering 500M+ monthly API calls. Working directly with founders, including an ex-Glovo GM, you’ll own everything from scraping pipelines to Kubernetes scaling. This role is for a high-ownership generalist ready to solve the internet’s hardest data extraction problems at scale.

What You Will Do

• Design and scale high-throughput infrastructure using Kubernetes and queue systems to handle massive API request volumes with 99% reliability.
• Build and maintain complex web scrapers that extract structured data from sophisticated AI interfaces like Gemini, ChatGPT, and search engines.
• Make critical architectural decisions across the backend and frontend to shape the product roadmap and maintain engineering excellence as the company scales.

The ideal candidate

• 4-8 years of software development experience with a heavy focus on backend systems, infrastructure, and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, and Kubernetes, with a proven ability to manage high-volume queue systems and complex data pipelines.
• A founder attitude with experience in international or US-based companies, demonstrating the ability to take full ownership and move fast in an async environment.
