Job Description

You will lead the visual and interaction design of a next-generation AI desktop application, bridging the gap between high-level concepts and production-ready code. As a founding team member, you will define the design system, create seamless agentic workflows, and prototype novel interface patterns to make complex AI capabilities accessible to every professional user.

What You Will Do

• Design and build production-ready UI components and complex interaction patterns directly in code to ensure high-fidelity execution and performance.
• Own the end-to-end user experience, from first-run onboarding flows to the core surfaces where users manage proactive AI agents.
• Develop a scalable design system including motion, micro-interactions, and a visual language that supports progressive disclosure of complex features.

The ideal candidate

• Exceptional frontend engineering skills combined with a deep obsession for interaction design, timing, hierarchy, and high-quality visual aesthetics.
• Proven experience shipping products where design is the primary moat, preferably with experience navigating the unique constraints of desktop applications.
• Highly comfortable with ambiguity and rapid prototyping, capable of defending design decisions while iterating fast to solve novel AI-interaction problems.
