Job Description

As the first dedicated AI engineering hire at this AI-powered product studio, you will work directly with veteran founders to bridge traditional software and emerging LLMs. You will own the AI integration layer, building complex agent workflows, optimizing performance, and ensuring production stability for intelligent SaaS applications used in everyday workflows.

What You Will Do

• Integrate LLMs and vector databases into production environments using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and CrewAI for complex agent orchestration.
• Develop and maintain robust backend APIs while implementing caching solutions like Redis to optimize latency and manage API token costs.
• Refine AI-generated code and create comprehensive evaluation datasets to ensure the reliability, security, and high performance of all AI-driven features.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses advanced Python skills and significant experience building scalable backend services with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Has hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and navigating the Hugging Face ecosystem to transform prototypes into stable web services.
• Demonstrates an agile mindset with the ability to learn rapidly in the fast-evolving AI landscape while working comfortably with Docker and cloud infrastructure.
