You will architect the user experience for a high-stakes media claims adjudication platform, translating complex procedural frameworks into high-trust digital interactions. Working with AI-native workflows, you will design the end-to-end journey from claim submission to tribunal output, establishing a visual language that reflects institutional gravity and technical precision.

What You Will Do

• Design end-to-end adversarial adjudication workflows that minimize cognitive load while maintaining the rigor of legalistic and procedural frameworks.
• Build and maintain a robust, scalable design system that communicates institutional trust and professional authority through a premium visual language.
• Integrate agentic workflows and AI-native design tools into your daily process to accelerate iteration and automate standard design production tasks.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record designing complex, data-rich digital products in high-trust sectors like fintech, legaltech, or govtech with an emphasis on process integrity.
• Expert-level UI craftsmanship with a bias toward systems thinking, capable of managing intricate edge cases and complex procedural logic.
• Forward-thinking approach to design, including fluency with AI-native tools and a strong desire to operate autonomously in a distributed, GMT-aligned environment.
