Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reliable infrastructure that supports large-scale experiments and model hosting.
• Iterate quickly in sandboxed environments to prototype and ship new agent features.
• Run evaluations, testing, and debugging on custom systems to raise reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with researchers and engineers to unblock high-impact work.

Ideal Candidate

• Ships production-quality Python and elevates team standards with clean, tested code.
• Comfortable with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Communicates clearly in writing and speech, partnering well with research teams.
• Bonus: exposure to MLOps, agent frameworks, fine-tuning or retrieval systems, and modern dev tooling.
