Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant who can support execution across paid media, content, email campaigns, social media, and reporting.

This is a hands-on, execution role focused on driving qualified leads and improving conversion performance across multiple channels.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director to launch campaigns, analyze results, and continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

1) Paid Media Campaign Execution

  • Support management of campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • YouTube and other paid channels
  • Monitor performance daily and make optimization adjustments
  • Assist with:
  • Audience targeting
  • Retargeting campaigns
  • Ad creative and copy testing
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and help improve results

2) Performance Optimization

  • Improve key metrics including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), conversion rate, and ROI
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions quickly
  • Scale high-performing campaigns efficiently

3) Lead Quality & Conversion Focus

  • Optimize campaigns for qualified leads, not just volume
  • Analyze lead quality and conversion trends in coordination with intake team
  • Adjust targeting and messaging to improve case conversion outcomes

4) Budget & Spend Management

  • Assist in managing monthly ad spend budgets (high-volume campaigns)
  • Monitor pacing to ensure efficient allocation of spend
  • Shift budget toward top-performing campaigns

5) Reporting & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, dashboards, and CRM systems
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Maintain accurate data tracking and attribution

6) Collaboration

  • Work closely with U.S.-based Marketing Director and team
  • Coordinate with intake and operations to align on lead quality
  • Communicate clearly across time zones

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) within target range
  • Lead-to-case conversion rate improvement
  • Consistent generation of qualified leads
  • Campaign optimization activity (weekly improvements)
  • Budget accuracy and efficiency
  • Timely and accurate reporting

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Strong experience with:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for performance (CPA, conversions)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal)

Preferred

  • Experience in personal injury or legal lead generation
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients

Work Expectations

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
  • Must overlap with U.S. (Pacific Time) working hours for collaboration
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
  • Daily activity tracking and accountability required
