Role: Software Engineer

Job description:
• 5-10 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree in CS / IT / Engg / or a related field
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, with good understanding of software design principles, testing, and version control
• 3+ Years Experience with building backend services and APIs, including integration with distributed data systems and cloud-native architectures
• 3+ Strong experience in writing efficient, maintainable code for large-scale systems and data-driven applications
• 5+ Familiarity with databases and data warehousing solutions, both relational (like MySQL, Oracle) and non-relational (like MongoDB, Cassandra).
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI technologies — including LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, or building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices and RESTful APIs in production environments
• Familiarity with observability tools, logging frameworks, and monitoring practices to ensure high system availability
• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, service-to-service communication, and API gateways
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka, Pub/Sub, or Flink
