Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator who can keep our team running like a well-oiled machine. An organised individual, you will be part of our campaigns from start to finish, involved in brainstorming new ideas, executing plans and collating post-campaign analysis for data-backed lessons learned. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation at an exciting time in its journey. You’ll be joining a small marketing function and can therefore play a key role in creating and monitoring campaigns, building collateral, and supporting our growth efforts.
Responsibilities: • Create, deliver and analyse campaigns that support product and sales goals. • Monitor current campaigns, ensuring deadlines, dependencies and deliverables are tracked across platforms. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (colleagues, agencies, partners) to ensure execution remains on track. • Work closely with Digital Marketing Exec to build and maintain a content schedule. • Turn long-form content into channel-ready assets, such as LinkedIn posts, webpages, emails, PPT decks. • Ability to step up and support the Head's role when necessary (meetings, holidays etc.) • Help manage inbound content requests from other teams (sales, product, founders).
Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS start-up environment • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns • Ability to think creatively and commercially • Strong analytical skills to make sense of marketing metrics and make informed decisions • Knowledge of insurance, renewable energy, risk management landscape a plus but not a requirement
