Advantage IO is an online education company that helps students apply to universities worldwide. We are the digital branch of Ivy Options, a leading university admissions counseling company based in the UAE. While our digital marketing efforts are just beginning, Ivy Options has built a strong reputation over the years for providing high-quality, personalized support to high school students applying to top universities around the world.
At Advantage IO, our goal is to make expert university admissions guidance more accessible. We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to help us bring our brand and content to life across multiple platforms, launch targeted ad campaigns, and build a complete marketing system from the ground up. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong digital marketing experience, creative skills, and the ability to operate independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a cross-platform content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
• Create and manage a consistent content calendar with platform-optimized posts
• Edit short-form video content using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or FinalCut
• Design visual assets using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns to promote webinars and drive lead generation
• Promote both automated and live webinars through organic content and paid advertising
• Create and schedule email campaigns in marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp
• Track and report on marketing performance across all channels and suggest areas for improvement
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with a portfolio of successful campaigns
• Strong video editing and graphic design skills
• Solid understanding of Meta ads, targeting strategies, and campaign execution
• Proficiency in marketing and content tools (e.g. Mailchimp, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
• Experience in the education industry or interest in the university admissions space is a plus
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup and taking initiative to build systems from scratch
Job Details:
• Full-time (remote, flexible schedule)
• Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience
• Location: Fully remote, preferably within ±4 hours of Gulf Standard Time (GST)
• Trial Period: 2 months, with potential for long-term growth
