Position Overview
The Sr. Director of Performance Marketing will lead Ivim Health’s customer acquisition and growth strategy, overseeing all paid and earned media efforts to drive scalable, efficient patient acquisition. This role is responsible for executing a full-funnel performance marketing strategy, optimizing across paid media channels (Meta, Google, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.), affiliate and partnership marketing, and earned media efforts (SEO, digital PR, influencer marketing).
This leader will be highly data-driven and innovative, continuously testing and iterating to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on investment (ROI). They will manage a high- performing team of three direct reports covering Paid Media and Earned Media, ensuring that all channels work together to fuel fast, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, integrating paid media, earned media, and partnerships to maximize patient acquisition and lifetime value (LTV).
- Own and optimize the marketing acquisition funnel, ensuring all media investments drive efficient CAC and profitable growth.
- Lead cross-channel marketing efforts across platforms, including Meta, Google, Reddit, Pinterest, etc programmatic display, and emerging platforms to expand reach and scale new patient acquisition.
- Manage a multi-million-dollar performance marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of spend and continuous testing to optimize efficiency.
Paid Media Management & Optimization
- Oversee the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns, leveraging audience segmentation, creative optimization, and AI/machine learning automation to drive performance.
- Develop and execute media mix modeling and attribution frameworks to track incrementality, channel impact, and budget efficiency.
- Identify new media channels, platforms, and advertising innovations to test and scale high-performing acquisition campaigns.
- Continuously improve ad creative, landing page performance, and conversion optimization in collaboration with Creative & Lifecycle team.
Earned Media & SEO Growth
- Lead SEO, digital PR, and influencer collaborations to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine visibility.
- Ensure synergy between content marketing and SEO strategies, working closely with the VP of Lifecycle & Loyalty to optimize content for organic acquisition and engagement.
- Oversee brand reputation management, ensuring Ivim Health has strong visibility across organic search and third-party reviews.
Affiliate & Partnership Growth
- Own and scale Ivim Health’s affiliate marketing program, developing strategic publisher partnerships that drive high-intent traffic and conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliates, media platforms, and strategic partners to expand acquisition efforts.
- Develop co-branded marketing initiatives, influencer partnerships, and media collaborations that extend brand reach and credibility.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Establish data-driven decision-making across all performance marketing efforts, tracking and analyzing CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other core KPIs to drive optimization.
- Leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Metabase , SEMrush, Looker, and attribution tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies.
- Continuously A/B test campaign creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and conversion flows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high- performing team of currently three direct reports managing paid media, earned media, affiliates, and partnership marketing.
- Collaborate with the VP of Lifecycle & Loyalty Marketing to ensure cohesive patient journeys from initial acquisition through retention and engagement.
- Work closely with Creative & Product teams to ensure campaign success and seamless customer experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and performance marketing innovations to continuously drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, and digital acquisition strategy.
- Proven expertise in scaling paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Reddit, Pinterest, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital PR, affiliate marketing, and partnership-driven acquisition strategies.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and optimizing spend across paid and organic acquisition channels.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Metabase , SEMrush, Looker, and attribution modeling.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-growth marketing programs.
- A proven track record in healthcare, wellness, telehealth, or subscription-based models is a plus.
