Position Overview
As Senior Designer at Ivim Health, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing performance-driven creative across channels. In this role you’ll be solving problems independently and be hands on with several, varied ongoing projects that will span across print, social, web, packaging design, collateral and other promotional marketing materials. Additionally, this role will bring the conceptual skills to push our visual language and expand our brand guidelines. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring impactful designs to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and successful performance creative by leveraging and evolving the Ivim Health visual identity and incorporating learnings from past campaigns
- Own the creative execution for all organic social posts, community and blog content
- Execute creative within brand guidelines, efficiently by working iteratively, following design and art direction, and addressing feedback in a clear and timely manner
- Support Creative Director in execution of a wide-variety of design projects across print and digital
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials
- Manage several creative projects simultaneously, delivering on time and on brand
- Confidently present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, clearly articulating your design decisions
- Continually adopt new tools and practices, striving to elevate your design. You stay ahead of latest design trends and digital advancements
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and 5-7 years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Expert-level print production skills with experience working directly with print vendors
- Solid understanding of UI/UX and responsive design principals
- Pixel-perfect attention to detail with a strong understanding of composition, color, hierarchy, and design best practices
- You are highly collaborative with strong communication skills and the ability to think creatively
- Strong organizational skills that support the team and help keep projects moving forward
- Ability to rapidly iterate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote team environment
- Experience in a healthcare and/or telehealth is a plus
- Portfolio of related work required to apply for this position
