Seeking an experienced digital marketing content editor with professional production media experience to join or partner Tsunati - Tsunati - Tsunati as its in-house corporate marketing team. The role will focus on video production in support of the firms’ customer and partner Solution Enablement Education (SEE) initiatives. In this role, you will work to support execution of Production of Technical video communications, including project management, video production, production consultation, and digital video editing.

This will include client/partner communications, digital business development efforts and other content videography needs. This is a unique opportunity at a fast-growing company that produces highly technical education academies within their rapidly expanding University division. The primary responsibility oversees the development of strategic, on-brand videos that will be leveraged by thousands of customers globally.

The role also requires strong writing, communication and grammatical skills. You will be tasked with creating and/or editing various Digital Marketing content campaigns, including customer facing Educational Videos, Social Media Ads, Email campaigns, and virtual webinar events.

Knowledge of various types of media is required for video and overall content editing. You will work both independently and as part of a team environment. As part of the overall team, you will leverage your project management skills, digital video editing knowledge, and passion for production of storytelling and educating through video.

Primary responsibilities may include the following, but additional related functions may be added as needed:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for being the primary point of contact for Production Engineering video communications.
  • Creative input and fresh perspective on partner and customer facing digital marketing material
  • Problem solving and ensuring production deadlines are met
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies possible solutions
  • Monitors and tracks execution of production plan and communicates status to all project participants
  • Potentially appear in digital marketing content, narration and potentially customer/partner instruction
  • Optimize and maintain tsunati University (Academy) SEE projects and other solutions
  • Provide Social media videography/motion graphic assistance, guidance and support as needed

Production

  • Oversee the creation of tsunati University video and/or other marketing content designed for external use to ensure they are accurate, typo-free, on-brand, and delivered on time
  • Manage the creative process for videos and provide strategic direction on new videos to create
  • Serve as engineer/technical director for in-house live streamed events
  • Facilitate conference and/or video SEE/Other uplink for events, ensuring platforms work as needed
  • Work with Associate Video Editor to continue to build their technical skills and mentor

Post-Production & Editing

  • Oversee tsunati media archives, video assets, photo archive, motion design system, etc
  • Perform essential assistant editor duties
  • Sync raw footage in sequences and timely delivery
  • Archive & maintain media transcripts used
  • Pull & organize footage and all necessary functions related
  • Create media cuts from selects and/or paper edits
  • Ensure all media is exported in final compressed files & work for end points; social media platforms
  • Consistently meet deadline requirements

Qualifications

  • Five to seven years of video production experience
  • Academic and/or professional training in the fundamental principles of photography, visual composition, camera theory, and visual storytelling
  • Academic and/or industry training in the operation of professional video cameras and lenses, professional audio equipment, professional lighting equipment, etc. is preferred but not required
  • Knowledgeable in current media editing applications
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of Email marketing / Sales funnel
  • Demonstrated experience with project management
  • Occasional travel for this role may be needed for tradeshow and other events
  • Experience developing plans for organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

Desired Qualifications/Skills

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects with simultaneous deadlines
  • Maintains an extreme attention to detail, is organized, and accountable
  • Ideally Skilled in Kajabi or similar tools, and Social Media Marketing / Management application platforms

Skills/Experience

  • Experience working in a corporate environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
  • Experience with macOS for creation
  • Possess existing portfolio of video production and editing examples
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Audition) is preferred, not required
  • Excellent writing, communication & story-telling skills

Equipment, Studio & Video

  • Most candidates will use their own studio and video equipment they are familiar with. Ideally the candidate with possess their own equipment
  • Some equipment may be provided as required
  • Execute the safe and proper operation of all equipment

Education:

  • Four-year college degree required; advanced degree (Preferred)
  • Experience or related degree in business video production
  • Experience or related degree with digital video editing
