💡 Skill and mindset requirements
Must have:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for a SaaS product
- A hands-on approach and a detailed understanding of core marketing functions are essential.
- Extensive skills in using Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio and data analytics tools.
- Ability to come up with out-of-the-box growth hacks to generate growth outside of traditional marketing channels
- Understanding of e-mail marketing and hands-on experience with running e-mail marketing campaigns and automations via multiple platforms
- Experience in community management. Ability to turn our 2+mil users into an engaging community of brand ambassadors.
- Ability to measure and evaluate all marketing activities on a weekly/monthly basis and plan the next activities based on the results.
- Agile way of thinking, step-by-step implementation, fast and small steps, checking the results, improving if it makes sense.
- Profit-driven thinking, such as investing in activities that will have the most significant impact on EBITDA for our portfolio.
- Ability to perform business/marketing analyses with internal data (SQL knowledge is an advantage).
- Be bright, creative, ambitious, and have a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent written English (B2).
💪 Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies for the product.
- Using your marketing experience and knowledge to provide ideas and feedback on the new feature development.
- Planning and implementing SEO, Content, Email, Affiliate, & Social strategies
- Ensuring your team performs well with active day-to-day participation and hands-on help.
- Setting marketing KPIs and objectives (typically CPA) per marketing activity.
- Tracking KPIs regularly and reporting to management.
- Managing and controlling the execution of the marketing budget.
- Looking for growth opportunities across all the channels.
- Using data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.
- Cooperating with development and customer support teams.
