Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and continuously improve the usability of applications and websites. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to design accessible and effective user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather insights through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
• Analyze user needs and translate requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces (low-fidelity and high-fidelity) using a mobile-first approach.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Validate designs through user testing and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and UX best practices.
• Maintain and contribute to the Design System.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a UX Designer.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Figma

• Axure

• Conceptboard

• Mentimeter

• WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Standards

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

• Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch.
• Portfolio showcasing UX design projects is required.
