Responsibilities

• Development and training of transformer-based models for both text and images
• Architect and oversee the entire model lifecycle, from data preparation, model design, training, development and validation to model deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, to design and implement AI-driven solutions
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating new techniques and technologies as appropriate

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience with Deep Learning and Neural Networks.
• Has practical experience with Generative AI projects (like RAG, vector databases, LangChain).
• Is proficient in Python and machine learning libraries (like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Has experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Understands the full machine learning process and MLOps.
• Has experience with Probabilistic Graphical Models.
• Is a strong problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
• Has good communication skills and speaks fluent English.
