Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, managing marketing teams, and analyzing marketing performance data.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing project management:
- Collaborating with growth leadership team on go to market strategy and developing individual campaign strategies to achieve the Executive targets
- Planning, organising, and managing marketing campaigns and projects from inception to completion. These may be launching a new products, executing a marketing campaign, engaging existing customers or redesigning a website.
- Work in project management tool (Asana) to scope, develop and manage projects including deadlines, timelines and delegation to team members.
Performance Reporting:
- Regularly track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize future strategies.
Brand Management:
- Protect and enhance the brand's reputation and positioning through consistent messaging and stated brand guidelines.
- Ensure all marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns are aligned to defined brand guidelines.
Team Support:
- Co-develop and mentor the “Attract team” a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Manage media budgets and oversee/implement/manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing tools and materials to drive sales, as well as soliciting insights to improve campaign performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Comms or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Management or Campaign/Project Management
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead/organize teams
- Passion for technology (we're geeks and our content is technical) and helping people better understand how technology can help improve their lives.
- Experience working with B2B markets, especially SMB customer segment
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information to diverse audiences (especially technical content).
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM Systems: Knowledge of CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track marketing efforts.
- International Marketing Experience: Experience in global marketing campaigns and understanding of international markets.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Expertise in IT specific industry marketing.
- Certification in Digital Marketing: Certifications like Google Analytics, Google/Meta Ads, or HubSpot can be beneficial.

- Working in the cloud (i.e. working in the browser) and how that is changing business
