Job Description

itD is a leading, woman- and minority-owned global technology consulting company. We are hiring a Product Launch & Messaging Marketing Manager to join our diverse and dynamic global team.

The role is 100% remote (PST/CST). This is a W2 opportunity with itD and contracted at a Fortune 500 client in Silicon Valley. The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of leading global accounts.

You will also interact closely with itD's Communities of Practice (CoP), expand your network, and grow your career. This is a unique chance to meet others who think differently and are passionate about challenging the status quo!

Job Summary:

What Youll Do

The Launch Messaging & Marketing Manager, Workplace Technology Group will be responsible for developing and executing compelling messaging strategies and go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product and solution launches, as well as Tier 1 and Tier 2 launches aligned with key first-party and third-party events.

This role acts as a central coordinator, aligning messaging and launch GTM across revenue marketing, Workplace Technology Group (WTG) product and solutions marketing, WTG go-to-market (GTM) teams, and the networking business unit (BU) to ensure cohesive, impactful, and aligned launch campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong writing skills, deep product marketing experience, and a proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch Messaging Strategy and Orchestration

  • Own the development of compelling networking launch narratives that clearly articulate product value, differentiation, and business outcomes tailored to customer, analyst, sales, and partner audiences.
  • Craft audience-specific messaging and core content deliverables including executive briefings, AR/PR narratives, competitive positioning guides, and enablement materials to support launch-stage communications.
  • Ensure messaging is customer-centric, technically accurate, and strategically aligned with overarching brand and product vision, particularly within the Workplace Technology Group (WTG).
  • Act as a central orchestrator of messaging, driving alignment between multiple stakeholders including product marketing, BU leaders, and external communications teams.

Launch Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for launch readiness, aligning cross-functional teams across revenue marketing, product marketing, GTM strategy, and business unit stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive workback plans, ensuring clarity of timelines, ownership, and deliverables across launch phasespre-launch, launch, and post-launch.
  • Collaborate with sales, field, PR/AR, demand gen, and integrated marketing teams to ensure the strategic narrative is embedded in all launch activities, from internal communications to external campaigns.
  • Drive executive and cross-team alignment meetings to ensure all content, assets, and programs are progressing according to plan.

Launch Content Development & Enablement

  • Manage the creation, review, and deployment of all launch-related content, including keynote decks, sales playbooks, FAQs, blogs, and partner toolkits.
  • Ensure messaging consistency and narrative cohesion across all launch materials, maintaining a strong, unified brand voice and positioning for networking solutions.
  • Partner with sales enablement teams to develop field-ready messaging and tools that empower sellers and partners to drive adoption.

Launch Reporting & Optimization

  • Define and track launch success metrics, including content engagement, asset adoption, sales readiness scores, and campaign performance.
  • Conduct post-launch debriefs and retrospectives, gathering feedback from sales, marketing, and field stakeholders to measure messaging effectiveness and campaign resonance.
  • Provide data-driven insights to refine future launches and continuously optimize messaging frameworks, GTM playbooks, and execution strategies.

Who Youll Work With:

Our team works closely with sales and regional business executives, Product Management leadership, the cross-functional central marketing team, sales and partner enablement, and GTM teams to create buyer preference for workplace technology solutions and bring new innovative technology to market.

We are a dynamic, fast-paced team and to be successful in this high-stakes role, youll need to navigate and prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives and be comfortable with leading through ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Required qualifications and skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM planning, or strategic communications within a B2B tech environment (SaaS, cloud, networking, or enterprise IT preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience leading major product or solution launches, ideally within a global organization.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technologies into compelling value-based messaging.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

Preferred qualifications and skills

  • Tech and/or Enterprise, Fortune 500 companies
