So What's the Job?
We’re looking for a Director, Paid Media Marketing to take ownership of our customer acquisition and demand generation efforts across multiple brands. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer with a strong background in paid media and lead generation who has hands-on experience managing campaigns in-house, not just overseeing agencies
As a key leader within our multi-brand marketing organization, you’ll execute and optimize paid media strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve conversion, lead quality, and overall marketing efficiency. You’ll start with a focus on paid media execution and optimization but grow into leading full-funnel demand generation, lead management, and promotional strategy.
This role is both strategic and hands-on—you’ll not only develop the roadmap but also roll up your sleeves to execute and optimize campaigns.
