About the Role:

As the Senior/Lead Visual Designer, you will own the visual identity and art direction of Miracle of Mind, driving compelling design language across UI, motion, branding, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with Product Designers, Engineers, Illustrators, and Content Strategists to craft immersive, high-fidelity visuals and interactive experiences that inspire and engage users.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and evolve the visual design strategy for the app and digital campaigns
Define design principles, typography, color systems, and art direction aligned with our brand’s essence
Design UI components, animations, and motion interactions that enhance usability and delight users
Prototype interactive experiences using Figma, After Effects, Principle, Lottie, or similar tools
Provide clear, constructive design critiques and mentor internal teams
Collaborate across teams to ensure a cohesive, high-quality design language

What We’re Looking For:

6+ years of experience in visual design, branding, and product design, preferably in digital-first B2C environments
Strong expertise in typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and color theory
Proven track record in art direction and elevating visual quality across digital products
Experience designing for mobile apps and digital touchpoints
Proficiency in motion design and prototyping for interactive product UI
Hands-on execution focus, creating pixel-perfect visuals and prototypes
Excellent storytelling skills through immersive visuals
Expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, or related tools
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers on interactive animations (Lottie, WebGL) a plus
Bonus: knowledge of 3D, generative design, or immersive experiences
