AI Engineer

AI Engineer (Generative AI & Agentic Systems) – 100% Remote

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join a fast-growing, international tech company and work on cutting-edge Generative AI solutions and intelligent agentic systems.

This is not a research role — we’re looking for someone who builds, deploys, and scales real AI products.

What you’ll do

• Design and build end-to-end Generative AI solutions

• Develop AI agents and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI systems

• Build and validate PoCs and production-ready solutions

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in GenAI and agentic frameworks

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Applied AI / Machine Learning (industry)

• Strong background in Software Engineering (Python preferred)

• Hands-on experience building:

• GenAI applications

• RAG pipelines

• Agent-based systems

• Experience with frameworks such as:

• LangChain / LangGraph

• Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)

• or similar

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Strong communication skills and a builder mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, or similar tools

• Knowledge of evaluation frameworks (RAGAs, LangSmith)

• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes

• Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps practices
