This is a remote position.
Manage and track internal QA projects and initiatives across multiple pods.
Coordinate and drive execution for cross-pod initiatives that require tight collaboration.
Work closely with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers.
Establish lightweight processes and rituals to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
Actively utilize AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts.
Serve as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
Help identify and implement best practices in cross-team project management
Facilitate retrospective and continuous improvement discussions to strengthen project execution.
Support leadership with insights and metrics for decision-making and prioritization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.
Experience working in a SaaS or tech company
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or others) to improve workflow and task management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
Good to have:
