Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a creative and skilled Business Graphic Designer & Desktop Publishing Specialist to join our Deal Operations Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex business strategies and technical concepts into clear, persuasive visual designs and advanced corporate desktop publishing layouts within Microsoft Word and Google Docs. As part of the Proposal Management team, you will collaborate closely with other designers, proposal managers, technical experts, and senior leaders to directly influence business-to-business (B2B) sales success.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Responsibility 1: Lead the creation and maintenance of innovative, brand-aligned proposal templates, high-end infographics, and internal websites that clearly communicate competitive advantages and showcase team resources.
• Responsibility 2: Collaborate with other graphic designers, proposal managers, technical experts, and senior leaders during kickoff and storyboarding sessions to translate complex technical concepts into bespoke graphics and dynamic pitch materials.
• Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with strict brand standards and organizational documentation quality controls across multiple platforms, keeping layouts user-friendly for non-designers.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience designing sales and/or marketing materials within a mid-sized to large corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) software (such as Figma or Adobe XD), HTML, and advanced expertise in Microsoft Word and Google Docs layout constraints.
• Proven ability in professional data visualization, typography, color theory, and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Graphic Design (or a similar field), or equivalent extensive relevant experience, supported by a professional portfolio demonstrating corporate aesthetics.
