About the Role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our core product offerings. This is a high impact role. You will work across the entire stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and database interactions. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact the financial health and operational efficiency of healthcare practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our web applications.
Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust features.
Implement and optimize APIs for seamless integration within our systems.
Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and reliability of our applications.
Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal Fit

Strong experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
Thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Python with Django/Flask, Node.js).
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and version control (Git).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
