The Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Lead to guide a high-performing, autonomous team building modern full-stack web applications. This role blends technical leadership, agile delivery ownership, and people management. You’ll stay hands-on while also shaping engineering strategy, mentoring talent, and ensuring delivery excellence.

What You’ll Do

Lead an agile team delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions using .NET Core, modern UI frameworks, and containerisation.
Drive delivery outcomes aligned with business goals and OKRs.
Provide architectural guidance and oversee technical decisions, while championing clean architecture, security, and quality-first practices.
Mentor, coach, and develop engineers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
Partner with product, design, and leadership stakeholders to balance technical excellence with business delivery.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years in software engineering with proven leadership (people management or strong technical leadership with mentoring).
Hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React/Vue), and cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS).
Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
Strong communicator with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders.
Passion for modern engineering practices, continuous improvement, and AI-driven innovation.
