Job Description:
This role requires expertise in digital marketing and understanding of omnichannel customer experience, an analytical mindset, and strong technical skills. The analyst will also demonstrate the ability to apply critical thinking skills, draw insights from their work and leverage advanced business acumen to communicate, influence and implement the results. The role will also have responsibilities of reporting, strategy implementation and validation, and ad-hoc analyses spanning the entire digital customer lifecycle, from lead to booking.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep expertise on current prospect journeys and user experience, from first touchpoint to booking; understand the main reasons for funnel falloffs, and develop hypotheses on opportunities to maximize conversion rates
- Develop analytical tools and frameworks to drive test design and post-test analytics, supported by statistical significance calculations, KPI dashboards and data visualization tools
- Support building customer conversion strategy by providing analytics and insights from dashboards, conversion analysis tools and past tests.
- In partnership with the Marketing Analytics team (focusing on online acquisition channels) develop learning agendas to test conversion rate improvement opportunities, including, but not limited to landing page testing, personalized customer journeys, offer customization, and lead routing strategies.
- Partner with the Marketing, Digital and Ops teams to execute new tests, tools and programs
- Partner with other members of the Marketing Analytics team, as well as with Finance and Risk to provide input to forecasts and budgets, and to prioritize initiatives based on ROI targets
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
- 5 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing analytics
- Strong SQL/SAS skills with proficiency in developing SQL queries in Snowflake.
- Ability to excel in a matrixed cross-functional team environment
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization tools (Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, etc.), conversion analytics tools (Heap, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), session monitoring tools (GlassBox, HotJar etc)
